Getting Desperate!

I know that I still have 5 days to go, but I DO NOT want this child to come 1 day past the due date, so I've been doing everything I can to make sure that labor gets under way as soon as possible. Over the weekend I did a lot of walking around stores and my legs wore out before I was ready to give up. Unfortunately, that did nothing for me. I was up and down the stairs with laundry a ton of times and still nothing. At the advice of one of Ben's aunts we went bowling yesterday. At first I felt like my water could have broken just by picking up the bowling ball, but still nothing happened. I don't think that this child wants to be born. She has decided that she'll come when she's good and ready and not when it's convenient for me. The weather has turned very icy and windy which I've heard can induce labor (old wive's tale, I'm sure) but doesn't look like much fun to drive to the hospital in, but if it works I'm all for it. All for now, I've got to hit those stairs!!
